TOPEKA, Kan. (Oct. 12, 2008) — All 25 SCCA National Champions have now been crowned at Heartland Park Topeka as the 45th SCCA National Championship Runoffs came to a close. In true Runoffs fashion, the week even ended with one of the closest finishes in event history.
