Maruti Suzuki Profit Falls as Higher Rates Hurt India Car Sales (Bloomberg) |
Oct. 24 (Bloomberg) — Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., maker of half the cars sold in the country, reported a worse-than estimated 37 percent decline in second-quarter net income after higher interest rates and inflation hurt vehicle sales.
